If your name or phone number changes, contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs to update your account information.

  • You can also chat with an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs. In the Wallet app on your iPhone, tap , then tap Message. On your iPad, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. Tap Apple Card, then tap Message.
  • If you don’t have an eligible device: At card.apple.com, click Support in the sidebar for information about contacting Goldman Sachs.
