Trade In

I purchased a new iPhone on June 11 and have not sent in my older iPhone trade in yet. It will be past the 14 days limit. Will they still accept it for trade in?

Did you not receive the packaging to return the trade-in? If not, then you should contact Apple right away. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here.

Yes, Chris, I did receive the box etc., however I don’t drive and a family member is planning on doing so. However it is now past the 14 days.
