Importing PST Files to Big Sur Mail

How can I transfer/import my Windows OUTLOOK 2019 .pst files to MacBook Pro Big Sur Mail?

Everything moved successfully EXCEPT mail accounts and messages from Outlook. The actual .PST file (less than 2 GB) did transfer to the documents folder but did not "migrate" into Apple mail and of course Apple mail won't just import a .pst file. Has anyone had this problem or know a workaround? Thanks in advance.

Import Outlook .OST + .PST to iPad I have gone from a Windows Desktop to a Apple iPad 12. I have already transferred all my data to OneDrive and installed and signed into my Microsoft Office apps on the iPad. Now I want to import my .ost + .pst files that I had from my desktop but don’t see an option to import anything onto the Outlook app on the iPad. Please, please help.

Apple's Mail uses a .eml Mail format and there is no OutLook PST importer. You will likely need to spend money on a PST to .eml mail converter. Here is an example of one in the Mac App Store. I have no experience with the product so this is not an experiential recommendation.
