My iPhone get locked

I was working for 10 hours and I didn’t see my phone.. At the end of the work I saw my phone and it got locked .. now it writes that I have to connect with iTunes . What can I do ?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You will need to restore the phone using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

It is not difficult if you follow the instructions exactly. You connect the phone to your computer with the appropriate cord for your computer, probably USB.
