Hi, I hope someone can help. My daughter has an 8 plus and the camera will only work one way. When she tries to rotate to take a selfie, the screen just goes black.
I have reset the phone to factory settings, I have managed the storage, I have turned on and off voice over and nothing seems to work.
Any ideas please?

My camera just started freezing the last couple weeks. I noticed it about the time I got my apple watch se. Have tried all the "tricks" but nothing fixes it. Sometimes it freezes when I open the app. Other times it works fine and stops after a couple pictures. Recently I have noticed that the issue is effecting other apps that access the camera (ie: bar code scanning on shopping apps). Am curious to know how to fix it for good.
