what can i do to get my pictures and text messages back on after a factory reset it ask me to backup and reset and i did now all my contacts and pictures and text are all gone i need them back
You'll need to restore your iPhone from a backup which includes the text messages.
If you haven't done so, you'll need to erase your phone to factory settings once more to restore from this backup.
