Recover all data and files from my damaged Iphone

My phone was accidentally damaged and not possible to get repair so i was wondering to know that is there any possibilities to get all the Files, data and contacts by using by Apple Id and Password??

You can recover data only if you made an iTunes or iCloud backup of it. Backups are before the disaster; after is too late.
