If you have a Mac that uses the same Apple ID account you can view all of the networks it or your phone have ever connected to. On the Menu/System Preferences/Network/Advanced/Wi-Fi.
Hi dallin224, thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're wanting to know if it's possible to view every Wi-Fi network your iPhone has ever been connected to. According to the following resource, "Your Apple device remembers each Wi-Fi network that you joined on that device, and it automatically joins that network again whenever it’s in range.". How to forget a Wi-Fi network on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support
With that said, an Apple device will only display Wi-Fi networks (previously connected or not) that are in range. Only then will you be able to view and manage those network connections.
We hope this information helps.
Take care!
