I want to change my photos to horizontal mode when I turn my phone horizontally but it is frozen. My phone is a swipe phone and I have face recognition installed.

My iphone is not allowing my photos to go horizontal when I turn my phone. It is frozen in the vertical position every since I installed face recognition.

iPhone X portrait not working I’m using an iPhone X and the portrait mode on the rear camera was working. I dropped my phone sometime but it was still working and it has no crack or anything cause it’s always in a phone case.
