- If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support - You should firstly follow the steps here including tracing and erasing your device via Find My if that is possible.
- Your insurance company may need the serial number of the device - Find the serial number. You will have to contact them for details regarding the replacement if it is not covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss
- If your missing iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, file a claim for an iPhone replacement. Use the following form to File a claim.
