Hello, I can't redeem the code because when I navigate to redeem code page in the app store it is a blank screen and freeze the app. It is persistent and all the people I asked with iPhone have the same issue. Can anyone help?
I can't reproduce your issue. When I open the App Store on my phone, tap my Apple ID in the top right corner and then tap Redeem Gift Card or Code, I get the page to do that.
Have you tried a different wifi network?
