To get more information about the "Apple Trade In" service click on the link --> https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in

- Read the FAQ at the very bottom.

It is best to split up different types of questions and ask each individually in the appropriate forum where you will get people familiar with certain groups of issues.

It would help of you say what problems you are having with getting into an old iCloud (I assume you mean account). Maybe this:

Click on this link to read what to do "If you forgot your Apple ID" --> https://support.apple.com/HT201354 Note that typically this is an email address you use.

Click on this link to read what to do "If you forgot your Apple ID password" --> https://support.apple.com/HT201487

or go directly to this link --> http://iforgot.apple.com/

Also read about "What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID email address or password" - https://support.apple.com/HT204071

If you still need help:

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security "This article provides country-specific Apple Support contact information for customers seeking help with their Apple ID password or other security-related issues."

P.S. Your topic title talks about upgrades but you don't actually ask about upgrades, and it talks about security but again you don't ask about security. It helps to make your topics describe the issues or you may not get responses from somebody who actually knows things about the issues you do want solved.
