OS update problem

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 13 (early 2011) and can't update my OS, the app store doesn't open, and I have no idea what should I do, please help me?

You do not say what what OSX /macOS you are currently running— your byline indicates 10.13

High Sierra is the last support macOS 10.13.6 on your 2011 MBP due to hardware limitations.
