You cannot increase the storage on an iPhone. As you've posted in the iCloud forum you may be thinking of the iCloud storage, but this is online at iCloud, not on your phone. Its purpose is to mirror what's on your phone so that other devices you own can be signed into it and be synchronised with the original device.
If there is insufficient storage in your phone your options are either to remove some of the data in it, or to buuy a new phone with more storage.
