why there are white lines around some apps?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with the appearance of some of your apps. We'd like to help.
From the image you shared, it looks like this app is actually an App Clip. This is one of the New features available with iOS 14.
You can Use App Clips on iPhone to complete a task quickly within the app. Some of these App Clips are downloaded from Safari, Maps, Messages, or through QR codes, NFC tags, and App Clip Codes.
If you're not using these features within the App Clip, you can Find or delete App Clips on your iPhone or iPad.
