my apple watch doesn't show heart rate
The face of my Apple watch is the Activity Digital but it doesn't show my heart rate. Instead, my future event is shown. How can I change it to heart rate?

Go into the watch app and tap on your watch,this opens a page where you can add/remove different watch complications.
