The same day I downloaded the find a family and friends I canceled as well but I got charged anyway and now I can’t see a cancel button

It sounds like you're wanting to make sure your subscription was cancelled as well as looking for a refund for a charge. We'll be happy to help.


The reason you're most likely not seeing an option to cancel the subscription is because it's already cancelled. You can follow the steps in this link if you'd like to request a refund for the charge:


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
