Is the Apple TV 4K power/connect lite suppose to stay lit? Have already replaced unit thru Apple Support for same problem. I have used different power outlets, different power cable, and different HDMI cables. With the Apple TV box just connected to power, lite only stays on for approximately 5 to 10 minutes then goes out. Please assist...

Apple TV's go to sleep when not in use. You can set your preference for this in the settings. When the light is not lit, that simply means the Apple TV is sleeping, it is not turned off.

Thank you for the fix. Appears to be functioning normally now. Wondering why the Apple Tech Support person or the Apple store clerk who tested original unit did not suggest resetting “sleep time”. Regardless, unit would not “wake” when clicking on Apple TV app.
No telling but I'm glad you got it working the way you want.
BTW, which island and area to you live in? When I was 16 I worked on Lanai working for Dole Pineapple picking pine for a summer, since then (and it's been a LONG time) Hawaii is my go-to place although due to the Pandemic it has been over year since I have been able to get back.
