No Devices on Find My iPhone

Hello team, I lost my iPhone XR on the 24th June, when I check it on find my iPhone its been offline then on the 30th June I tracked it using friend's iPhone it was still offline then I accidentally signed out of find my iPhone, when I log in again it said No Devises, by the way the phone was on lost mode.

Q: Since I cant track it anymore on find my iPhone does that mean someone can now access my phone? and is find my iPhone on actual iPhone turned off?

You removed the device from Find My iPhone. In doing that, you disabled Activation Lock. If you had a passcode on the device, whomever has it still cannot access your data, but they will be able to wipe the phone and restore it for themselves. You will no longer be able to track it.
