Apple ID has not yet used been used in the iTunes Store

Hello, whenever I try to download an app(I’m trying to download Spotify) it says Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store. Whenever I click Review then type in my Apple ID password it does nothing at all and just goes back to the beginning pop up. I have no idea how to deal with this.

You need to go into your Apple ID account details and enter a valid payment method for your account.
