If when I download Public Beta, the later I decided I want back to iOS 14.6 as normal and also they’ll lose data from public beta like iMessage, iCloud Drive, etc will not saved iCloud data while on Public Beta? Let me know.

All data that was in the beta version will be gone.
If you want to keep your data you had before the beta, you have to back up before you install the beta.
To go back to the regular version of iOS, the iPad has to be wiped and restored to factory settings.
