Apple ID across countries

I live across Australia and the UK. I have used 1 Apple ID for years, but with Covid I need to be able to download different apps that are not available globally. I have banking apps that are set up and will not update if I change the country of my Apple ID. How can I create a new ID and use both at the same time on my iPhone 12? I don't want to be changing the country back and forth all the time.

Thanks.

You can't use 2 Apple IDs in the App Store/iTunes at the same time. You would also have to change your country back and forth because the App Store/iTunes can only be set to the country of the ID that is signed in. If I remember correctly, you can only change App Store/iTunes Store on a device every 90 days.
