Uploading Data
Hello,
Since iTunes is not on the new Macbook, how am I able to upload my voice memos? I would like to transfer them from my phone on to a flash drive.

We understand that you are looking for iTunes on your new MacBook so you can upload your voice memos from your iPhone. iTunes was replaced by the Music app with the release of macOS Catalina. You can still do the same things with the Music app as you did with iTunes, the process is just a bit different. You can take a look at this support article for more info on the change.
