My iWatch can't locate iPhone. But iPhone can find iWatch.

You can find your iPhone using your Watch by going to the Control Center on you Watch and tap the icon that looks like an iPhone; it will make your iPhone beep. Now there is an additional feature that will make you iPhone flash its flashlight if you hold the same icon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBHWh9F9_BI
If these features are not working, please restart both devices, starting with your iPhone.
