Does the Nike Edition of Series 6 Watch Conflict or Prevent any use of the regular features?

I'm considering getting the NIKE one vs the regular watch because it offers more for the same price but I want to know from those who have the nike edition if it conflicts in anyway or prevents me from using the features that are in the regular series 6?

This will help with my buying decision of wether to get it or not?
