iTunes won't stay closed.

iTunes would not stay closed on my Windows 10 PC.

The easy fix is to open "task manager" on your windows computer. Task manager will show iTunes running. Click on iTunes to end the program. Hold down the Alt-Control and Delete keys at the same time to open Task Manager.

Itunes won't open-weird situation I am running Windows 10 and itumes 12.11.0.26. Recently I started having an issue with itunes being very slow to open. I uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh download. When I go to open itunes noting happens UNTIL I open up the windows task manager-and then itunes opens up. What could be causing that weird situation? HELP!
