It appears that the Mail app on your Mac on macOS Big Sur keeps crashing. You believe the issue is tied to your Exchange account. We know how important it is to be able to communicate with others through email, and we're glad to provide assistance.

First, quit the Mail app (not just close) if it's open. Then, while holding down the left Shift key, open the Mail app again. If the Message Viewer doesn't appear, continue holding the Shift key and choose File > New View window from the menu. See if the Mail crashes when you view an email. When you held the Shift key when opening the Mail app, did it open as expected? If it did, try that step again and see if there's any email waiting to be sent in the Outbox. If there is, does deleting them, then restarting the Mail app normally resolve the issue?

When you restarted your Mac in safe mode, did the Mail app open as expected?

New user or group setup - Apple Support -- Create a new administrative account (don't use one that's already been set up) and set up your Exchange account there. Does the Mail app crash in this account as well?
