Open the iTunes application on your computer, go to the Help Menu, and select Check for Updates.

It will tell you if there's an update available or not.

You can also go to Help Menu -> About iTunes and it will show what version you have installed. The current version for Windows is 12.11.3.17

The current version for macOS High Sierra, or Mojave is 12.8
