The weather on my Apple Watch series 6, specifically the chance or rain, does not remotely match the chance or rain on my iPhone.
Both apps are set to use current location. Here's a comparison
On the watch - 20% chance of rain
On the phone - currently heavy rain and 90% chance or rain
This behavior is fairly consistent. Temperature and condition data match, but not the precipitation.

Sometimes there is a bit of delay or late sync with that. Does it refresh, if you tap thru your weather locations?
