Being charged for a refund

Hi I accidentally subscribed to an app and I asked for a refund, and then Apple charged me an additional $28 and I’m not sure why. Please can someone contact me to figure out why, thank you!

We cannot contact you because you are not addressing Apple; we are all other users here and do not work for Apple; nor do we have access to accounts.
