during initial installation of iPhone X I was not able to perform data transfer from my android device to iPhone due technical issues (disconnected after couple of seconds). So I decided to finish initial setup of iPhone to upgrade iOS to the latest version. The problem now that I can not find how can I start migration once again without moving apps and data manually.

You may have to erase your device and start all over again.
