I have iPhone s6 with iCloud of another person i want to remove it because I can’t download anything from AppStore??

Signing Out:
If you have a used iPhone, and someone is signed in to it other than you, then you need to have them sign out of it.
Passord Change:
As for the password, you are able to log in to these forums just fine. So, the password would be no difference, given it is the same account.
