This is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here and we don't have access to your account. The instructions in the page I linked to are clear, so have another go at it, slowly, line by line. If you still can't downgrade to the free 5GB level, contact Support using the link in that page under 'If you can't select Done'.
how do i cancel payments for icloud storage
I have tried to cancel the iCloud subscription myself ,but it is far too complicated for me to do ,so would you please cancel it for me
