I was sent an email saying miss us? Get a free 1 month subscription then after a month we will start billing you, we’ll I went to subscribe for the free month and it denied me, still would like to do that one month free if I can, can you please help me with it?

Perhaps you will be more successful starting from there ?

I understand, with these free trial subscriptions,
if you do not want to subscribe afterwards,
they need to be cancelled within 24 hours of expiry.
(You lose access immediately on cancelling,)
