I have ordered Macbook pro M1 and The tracking info shows that "arriving soon". Can I know what does this means?

Once your card is charged, and your order shows shipping. it is a matter of 24-48 hours.

When did you place the order? It may take a day or two for your computer to be identified in the manufacturing cue.

There should be a list of Questions at the bottom of your order confirmation email. In those are links to Apple if you need to ask Apple directly.
