Hi would you know where's the built-in microphone located we tried using the iMac microphone setting under System Preference>Sound
Did test but the microphone test volume does not move. working using bluetooth earpiece
First, make sure your Bluetooth is connected between the iMac and your earpiece.
Then, in system preferences, sound, input - make sure your BT device is connected.
You should see a second device in addition to the iMac internal mic:
