iPhone SE, iOS 14
How was it wiped out?
The Safari App cannot be deleted from the iPhone, so its still there somewhere. It may have been moved into a folder, or to the App Library, but its still on the iPhone.
You can use Spotlight search to find it, by swiping down from the middle of the screen and typing in Safari in the search field. kf it was moved into a Folder, it will tell you which one.
if it was moved to the App Library, swipe to the last home screen on your iPhone to access App Library, and you can search for it there. once you find it, you can drag it back to a Home Screen.
If you set Chrome as your default web Browser by mistake, you can go into Settings->Chrome, and change the default browser there back to Safari.
