Disney plus but no spatial audio

I gave an ipad pro 11inch 2021 with the lates ios and an airpods max.

I enjoyed the spatial audio features with apple tv app so I expanded to disney plus.

I downloaded the app, subscribed (free trial period currently), but came to a disappointment to find out the spatial audio is not active.

I hear online how other people are enjoying the spatial audio features in disney plus.

How can I accesss this?
