My iPad will not let me delete an app

The usual reason is a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.

Deleting an App:

Hold your finger down on the app's icon. When it wiggles, tap the white-colored, encircled letter "I". Does that work?

If they jiggle but there is no Minus sign option to delete, the usual reason is a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
