If you are just looking to watch a TCM subscription that you already have through a TV Provider using an Apple TV app, that can be done on an Apple TV, iPhone, or iPad but not on a macOS device. Instead use https://www.tcm.com/watchtcm.

If you are looking for a new TCM subscription provider Apple does not currently offer a subscription for that channel. Looking on the TCM website it states “You must be subscribed to Turner Classic Movies at home through a cable or satellite TV provider in order to use Watch TCM..” The only non-traditional providers I see are Hulu with Live TV, Youtube TV, AT&T TV, and Sling TV.
If you do not have or want a TV provider you might receive a limited/basic cable package through your internet service provider. I use Xfinity and recently discovered they offer this.
