Random drafts in my iCloud mail account on my iPhone

Random mail drafts appear on my iPhone, with no body, just a subject line to people I haven’t contacted since years. Does this mean my mail account has been hacked? If so what can I do to get rid of the issue?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. We noticed your post regarding unrecognized draft messages hasn't gotten a response just yet. More information might help others get you to a solution. Try answering the following questions:

Is this an iCloud email address? If not, who provides the email service (example: Google Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo, AOL)?
Do you see these drafts if you check your email from another device?
What is the current installed version of iOS on your phone? You can find this under Settings > General > About > Version. Example: iOS 14.6
Have you recently restored a backup to your iPhone or otherwise made any changes?
