Hello i didn't lose my phone but forgot my password (iPhone 11) ,is it still possible to change the password from my( iPhone 12 ) ,or MacBook since all my devices are under the same apple id and user name , thank you for your answer .

What password are you referring to? iCloud, iPhone, etc.
If it is iCloud you can reset the password if you have access to the email:

If it is iPhone, you would need to contact apple, and most likely they would ask for the purchase receipt, but they might be able to reset the phone.

If you forgot the password to unlock your iPhone to get to the home screen, then you are not going to be able to change it from another device. That password information is stored and accessed locally on your iPhone.
You will need to reset your passcode. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
