how to upload your older iphones backup into your new ones

hello


so recently I had made an iPhone backup before my iPhone 8 was broken for good

and now i had gotten a new iPhone so I tried to put the backup into the new phone but the restore backup is not working and its also saying that I have never made an iPhone backup for this iPhone and I also the backup is on a different SSD which I can access the files in so I really don't know why its not working

is there any way of putting the backup on the new iPhone

also my computer is running windows 10

I presume you are referring to iTunes as you referred to Windows 10 PC.


Connect iPhone to Computer
