iPad linking to iTunes
When I try to download an app it prompts that I need to confirm my iPad into iTunes. When I click the login button it loops back to the same message.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services, such as the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime iTunes, and more.
It seems you must have a payment method in your Apple ID before you can first download from iTunes and the App Store.
Apple require this, (even if you are just getting free apps) before the first time you log-in.
