Is it true that you can not change the email address that is on file with your Apple Card???? I read on a previous thread that the only option is to cancel the card and re-apply!!!! Is anyone else going through this issue?
Hi, this is a user to user Community hosted by Apple, but neither Apple or Goldman Sachs Bank are here.
I’ve not personally encountered this issue, but I used my Apple ID that I’ve used for over 20 years.
If you’ve reached out to both the Apple and GS Support Teams and been told the same thing, I would think that’s the situation you face.
