If you have lost, sold, or gave away your device, you can use the following instructions to remove them.

*On an iOS device

  1. Go to Settings > [your name]
  2. Scroll down and tap on the device that you no longer have
  3. Tap Remove from Account, then Remove again.

*On a computer, or another device

  1. Go to icloud.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID, then click Account Settings under your name.
  3. Click on the device you no longer have, then click the X beside it.
  4. Click Remove, and you’re done!


If you have lost your device, consider changing your Apple ID password after following these steps to ensure your data is secured.
