If you mean you have a new router go to wi fi in settings, wait for the phone to find all the wi fi connections, select your new router and input the password.

If you mean you have the same router but it has a new password, go to wi fi settings, click the wif fi you are connecting to and then click 'forget this network'. Then re-select the network and input the new password.
