downloading live photo from icloud on pc creates 4 files per photo

hello,

when I download a live photo on my windows 10 pc from iCloud that i took with my iPhone camera, it shows one photo as multiple files, for example if i were to download a photo named IMG_5756.jpg it makes 4 different files for one photo. so when i download IMG_5756.jpg it also downloads IMG_5756.HEIC , IMG_5756.MOV and IMG_5756_HEVC.MOV it would be helpful if anyone could help me figure out a way to consolidate all of the files so I don't have 4x as many files for each file.
