Trying to cancel my subscription

I've had an email about my AppleTV renewal but I don't seem to be able to cancel my subscription

I want to make sure that my apple tv subscription has been cancelled as requested on 5/25 and was advised that it had been done but I have received email stating that 7/2 my account would be debited for renewal which I do not want I requested cancellation of apple tv+ on 5/25 and was advised that it had been done, however, I have now received an email that my account was being debited for renewal. I do not want rernewal. Please advise.
