My watch doesn’t boot and connect,it only shows the apple logo what could be the problem

My watch doesn’t boot it only shows the apple logo and goes off after a while

Apple watch series 6 wont boot I just bought my watch. I set it up for my phoe and used for the first time. Then i put in the charger and found out in couple of minutes, apple logo is blinking and wont boot. I tried hard reset but no luck. I there any possible ways to fix it?

No red every time I attempted a reboot it start to flash apple logo every 13 seconds
